Established in 2003, MedWell provides targeted, effective wellness content and programs for individual members. The company is integrated with the HRM system where predictive modeling results are combined with MedWell biometric and Health Risk Assessment data to craft specific health improvement programs for the clinical and lifestyle needs of individual members. The MedWell system also identifies members with chronic conditions and co-morbidities for more intense interventions to a population health vendor using HRM. Both MedWell and the pop-health vendor provide data back to HCRM for outcomes reporting.

AARC 360 is an certified digital security and privacy auditor that has worked with HCRM since 2018 when HCRM secured its first SOC2, Type 2 certification. AARC provides both the security and privacy audit as well as the penetration testing to confirm the integrity of HCRM’s data systems.

SIIA
SIIA is the premier association of stop-loss carriers and MGUs, Broker-Consultants, TPAs, PBM and other service vendors to the self-funded health plan market. SIIA holds a national conference in October each year as well as a number of specialized meetings, seminars and other groups. HCRM has been an active member of SIIA since 2014.

Pluritem, acquired by Milliman in 2024, is the leading provider of integrated Electronic Medical Records across all providers. Their clinical reporting of patient EMRs fits perfectly with HCRM’s clinical forecasting of member risk and cost. The Pluritem system also provides biometrics to HCRM for enhanced predictions.

Upswing
Upswing Health provides on-line orthopedic management of musculoskeletal issues focusing on proper diagnosis and non-surgical programs to restore function and manage pain, physical therapy and exercises using on-line content and sports trainers to guide patients. If surgery or other invasive procedures are indicated, Upswing can refer the patient to high quality specialists for their particular condition to assure optimal outcomes.
