President

Mr. Bramble has extensive experience in executive management, strategic planning and financial management with several national health care organizations as well as other businesses. He created and led AHCP, an innovative third-party administrator integrating innovative plan designs with disease management programs and claims administration. Mr. Bramble has also worked in the drug chemicals and pharmaceutical industries as well as medical devices with Mallinckrodt. He led a national health care provider organization when he was President & CEO of a multi-site cancer treatment company. Mr. Bramble holds an M.B.A. degree from the Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Science degree in industrial and labor relations from Cornell University.

Michael S. Varadian,

EVP National Accounts

Michael Varadian, JD, MBA, is an accomplished national health care leader and innovator, successfully operating at the highest levels of hospital management and Medicaid/Medicare managed care operations, medical technology, payment reform, legal and government regulatory functions, and health care mergers and acquisitions, throughout a 30+ year career the healthcare field. He has led multiple state and region wide programs in integrated physical and behavioral healthcare, health information services, and collaborative provider and state pilot programs for Medicaid. He advises state governments, insurers, self-insured companies, accountable care organizations, healthcare payer organizations and start-up companies on enhancing accountability and improving clinical and financial outcomes in management of healthcare services.

Kelsey Simmons,

Client Services and Marketing Coordinator

With a background in education and a passion for service, Kelsey Simmons brings a unique and thoughtful approach to her role as a Client Services Manager. She began her career as a teacher, where she developed strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills that guide her now client-facing work. Since transitioning into the healthcare industry, she has used her ability to simplify complex concepts and support clients through detailed processes with clarity and care, combining the perspective of an educator with the strategic approach of a client services leader. She is committed to providing a seamless client experience, building lasting relationships and helping clients achieve meaningful outcomes that align with their goals.
